I have been teaching Pilates mat and reformer for almost 20 years. I recently switched from Stott to Balanced Body to add new dimensions to my repertoire. I own 2 studios and have a wonderful staff of new and seasoned teachers that are as passionate about Pilates as I am. We love to help people make positive changes and empower our clients to achieve their goals in a supportive enviornment.
