I qualified as a Pilates teacher in 2012 and a Meditation and Mindfulness teacher in 2013. I have combined these two disciplines to create Mindful Pilates classes, with a main focus on Acceptance and self love of our amazing bodies. This compliments my other work, teaching and supporting woman to overcome emotional eating and body image issues. I am the author of a best selling book called 'Love food Love you - The self love method to end emotional eating.
