Hi I run a small mat pilates studio in St Monans. I have about 75 students in total that come along to my classes .
alongside of which I teach spin classes and boxfit classes for the cv system.I have 3 children the youngest is 3 years old.Pilates has become my best type of class and I and my students believe in its wisdom.
