Teresa Moorleghen, PMA®-CPT . Teresa began her study of movement with gymnastics as a child. She pursued her study of dance in college and has currently been teaching dance for over 17 years. Teresa worked as Faculty for Fletcher Pilates Comprehensive Program 2007-2008. She also contributed to Pilates Take Out: 10-20-30 Guide to Fitness. Teresa continues her education through workshop study with her mentor, Pat Guyton. She is also always seeking to deepen her knowledge with exceptional teachers of all movement and Pilates disciplines.
