So why do we do [inaudible]? It is so that we could move freely if you never get to move freely and you just hold, hold, hold. You don't bring Polonius into life. So this last ending that we're going to do is all about taking everything you learn in [inaudible], taking it off of the mat, taking it off of the equipment, take it off of the reformer and putting it into dynamic, fun. Action. Are you ready? Lunges and lunch. Scoop it up. Scoop it up. Lung, scoop it up. Lung. Scoop it up. Good. Let's go to the [inaudible] corner. Good marches.

Knee bend up and up and up and up and up and up and up. Turn this way and Oh, oh, oh, oh up, up. Turn this way up. Turn up, turn up, turn up. There's all your twists, right? Turn to the side. Kick, kick, kick, kick, kick, kick and beautiful splits and slop around.

Stand up and like you're on the reformer around. No hands. Grantees, not using hands and sly around and up. Good. Let's go to this corner. We've done our, our splits. We've done our stretching. Now we get to skip and, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh woo. Come to the corner now. Side skips, like a shall I say, and Oh, oh, up, up other way, and up, up and right from there, running and knees up, up, up, up, up, up, up and back, back, back, back, back, up, up, up, up, up, up and back, back, back, back, back, back, back.

Good. Cartwheels. Both ways. Why don't you go in, then I'll go. Yup. So your store, that your store, and that's it.

This is Pilates! Dynamic movement!
You can just imagine Joe Pilates doing these exercises in a field, somewhat similar to the archival piece of video.
