Keep that front body long, when learning not to tuck or grip. AND, incidentally....a long front body in natural is not the same as arching or the same as an anterior pelvic tilt.

Hmm.  Maybe this can help me in "Going up top" on the High Chair and pressing down on the Wunda Shair.  It is so easy to "sit" in the hip flexors.

Thank you so, so much for making the point to not get caught up in the size or shape of the glute. I hate to admit that I've heard teachers discussing their inability to teach larger bodies because they "couldn't see the pelvis". I wish I'd had this tutorial back then. Your work is not only helpful, but quite inspiring. @karensanzo
