Thank you for this tutorial Karen, the explanation was perfect! This really is a common postural position that I find in my clients, it's always nice to have another way to explain this concept. :))
Keep that front body long, when learning not to tuck or grip. AND, incidentally....a long front body in natural is not the same as arching or the same as an anterior pelvic tilt.
Thank you so, so much for making the point to not get caught up in the size or shape of the glute. I hate to admit that I've heard teachers discussing their inability to teach larger bodies because they "couldn't see the pelvis". I wish I'd had this tutorial back then.
