I think after watching and doing this for the fourth time, I start to understand the meaning of "keeping purpose" in both parts of the foot.. - so that the bridge is staying neutral right? I knew only the exercises where you have either the toes, the ball of the foot or the heel on the plate. This is new and I like it because it adresses also the fascia of the foot. One question : what is an electric chair?
Love this. If PA is able to get more foot corrector tutorials it would certainly suit me. I feel lighter as I walk and more connected to the Earth after doing this!
