I really enjoyed the few, but challenging exercises from this short video. Felt more like a 20-30 minute workout based on how much I felt it. I'm rehabing my ankle and knee (left side) and this is helping with regaining balance -- I'm allowed to perform the moves in this video, so I'll attempt this a few more times to see how I improve. I really appreciate a short daily sequence because so often after work or between appointments, there can be a feeling of all or nothing with movement but knowing a series of moves that really works and doesn't require equipment is so helpful. Thanks Courtney Miller !
