Great class! I liked the fast pace. Do you have any suggestions on balancing during the big sidekick scissors? I can't seem to balance comfortably on the bottom leg and end up on a bone which causes rubbing and a bit of popping when trying to move that bottom leg. My mat seems soft enough, and the little scissors variation doesn't cause this type of issue.
Ivan it is teh bulging part of the thigh bone you are dealing with: I suggest, for you, to place additional padding or pillow so you have more cushioning, even creating a donut shape so the bone is not pressing into anything. hope this helps.
