Great class! One question, while performing leg lifts on your side, do you engage your obliques by creating a mouse hole around your waist?
Rajashree Srirangarajan It really depends on the shape of the body.  I would say you definitely want to engage the underside of the body but not force an exaggerated space. Please let me know if that is helpful and if you have any more questions.
