I like how the “BTW, I’m using a yellow leg spring” came after the first leg was done. I’ll have to try that trick. 😉The standing work was great. I had to do most of it on top of my unit due to space issues. The padded surface made it more difficult but I liked the challenge. Would be nice to know equipment and settings prior to workout, and wasn’t always sure of plantar or dorsi flexion on supine push-through bar stuff, but overall was a great workout. Thanks!
