I thought it was far too quick and far too many exercises. Performing the exercises slowly and mindfully in my opinion would be far more beneficial and one can pay more attention to technique and quality of movements.
Tried this class for a second time and still found it too fast to follow. There are nice innovative moves in the class but for me, I need more explanation and cuing.
I watched this video as though it was a fast track tutorial of all the different adaptations of Reformer to Ballwork. And not meant to be done at this speed - more for reference.
