My frustration is Pilates Anyhoo gives zero guidance as to who the workouts are for except perfect people. We have to assume they don’t care because if they did, this wouldn’t be so. This workout is for anyone with zero injuries, surgeries or gravity challenges. Like most workouts in this app.
