Sue S  thank you for your comment. Yes there are many techniques that could help, But without knowing /seeing your body and how you hold yourself together I am not sure what to recommend. It could be tightness in your thoracic area, shoulders and or front sternum and front neck muscles.  Keep moving through the challenge as this lesson is day 2,  and you may discover a routine that directly affects your unique stuck patterns and will help bring you relief.
