I LOVE this video Tracey! It is my go to when I need a quick cardio blast, and I only have 20 minutes. It keeps me in shape for soccer. It is so positive and energetic, especially during COVID times when we all need the pick-me-up! Thank you PA for providing many different types of classes, they are all so beneficial.
I just did day 4 of The Kick It Up Challenge with Tracey. Day 4 is mostly upper body & I wanted about 20 minutes more exercise~ using the lower body. This class gave me that and was a good balance for the Day 4 Class. Thanks Tracey:)
