This is not a moderate class. I have done pilates for 25 years and yoga for 10, so I'm not a novice. The acrobatic yoga work on the reformer is dangerous. People are doing this class at home, there is no way to ensure safe much less proper form. Skip this class or do the yoga part on the floor to make sure you don't get injured.
