Excellent Class! Thank you, Misty. I have a torn rotator cuff. Eight weeks post injury. Two weeks into PT. Daily PT exercises. Then I tried this workout with just a few modes.  Body Feels GREAT. Trying hard to avoid surgery.
Pilates No Time. I accessed this video thru active older adults. Most of us over 60 don’t sit on our knees well at all. But how would y’all know that? Right?Â

So sorry this didn't work for you - I would never assume that most people over 60 can't sit on their knees because that's not the experience we've seen in my studios... many people, with the proper modifications, can find the best option for their body while still achieving the best result from the movement. That said, I always recommend listening to your own body and doing what YOU need - and would be happy to provide you with modifications outside of what were mentioned in the video if needed. In the meantime, never stop moving!
