I am so happy to have new Tracey Mallet classes! This was wonderful because I watched the 10-minute special short instructions video first, and it was super helpful. I especially enjoyed the pigeon & swan work near the end. This is a wonderful workout! Thank you Tracey

Thank you so much Tracey. I loved the variety and challenge in this class as well as the stretches. I will add a few for my clients to try but make sure I hold on to the carriage where needed, when doing the pike exercises etc. Great to experience it for myself to feel the challenge.  Thanks for your ideas and inspiration. Love using the roller on the mat but haven't combined it with the reformer yet so I will try some more ideas :)
