loved that class with the weights but I aways appreciate my Pilates instructor giving me breathing cues please. No breath cues at all in this video and breath is a Pilates fundamental & so important to the practice.
Just loved this class. Really appreciate the fusion style and addition of props to increase the challenge of balance.Shaky, shaky legs that’s for sure!
