2nd time viewing love this workout. Quick and fun very creative us of the roll back bar. Loved the resistance in the 100 beats and the hip extension in the bridging.
Nice balance of work and stretching. I have a Supreme Pilates pro (has a push thru bar but no spring attachment) (currently saving for a Tower) so did most of the push through bar work on the reformer. The only thing that I had trouble substituting was the side lying stretch. Can you suggest an alternative for that one?
