Balanced Body calls "colitis" short spine or semi circle. Not as creative or colorful, but another option. Love the class and cueing! Been practicing cueing the bands, mobilizing the spine for movement, and asking for "animation."

This is one of my go to tower classes and feels totally different now I am half way through Cara's Kathy Grant Heritage Training (R). Still plenty of challenging moments to keep me coming back though!
