Hi Courtney , your mat work is very good . I'm enjoying this workout . I have a question on 1 particular exercise , right before the modified teaser. You are supine , holding 1 weight on one hand and you bring it to opposite knee, ankle or shin. Before you lift the weight, you say something about ' feeling the pressure '. Could you please provide more detail , cueing as to what is being pressed ? Muscles vs. Weight? Thank you !
My go to class when I need to seriously work my body. You are a joy to learn from. I love your creative and innovative approach. My buns, arms, abs, and legs thank you!!! Hugs!

Im late with my question. I'd like to explore alternatives for The Hundred for someone who finds that the exercise creates far too much neck tension. I've tried with head down, with head supported by arms, with knees bent in the air, and also with knees bent and on the floor. What I haven't figured out is what progression of positions will gradually build up the strength to do it in the classic position. I just willy nilly try it different ways on different days. PS: Had triple bone fusion in cervical vertebrae 15 years ago.
I love this website and I LOVE THIS CLASS. Courtney is fantastic---FANTASTIC. This WORKOUT is one of the BEST EVER. I Love how it's just weights and mat (and grav.). LOVE IT. This is DEFINITELY going on my list to keep coming back to as I am setting some good fitness goals for myself and this will have a high place re: using it to meet those goals. I really enjoyed the unique moves and again--Love the weights. Also really enjoyed Courtney's personality---she's as charming as she is gorgeous. Thanks so very much. I genuinely appreciate this class and will use this one a lot.
Thank you !
