I added this video to my favorites a couple months ago after watching/doing it the first time. I just went through it again and I still absolutely love it. A full body workout with a fun, energetic pace. Love!
Great workout. I especially liked when Courtney anticipated errors the class might make during a movement, then followed with the correction. I used my two- pound stability balls and they worked well. I hope that's okay. Thank you Courtney!
