Thank you, Carrie.I liked the class very much. The stomach series was an even bigger challenge. What is the "key" doing Bear? Someone commented and I couldn't hear. The preps before the full exercise were great,i.e. spine stretch and side kicks-fwd back.
Hi Patti, I'm so glad you liked the class! The "key" doing Bear is to take small steps :) If you take steps that are too large, you can't control your torso as easily. Thanks for asking!
