I still love this class, have been doing 3 a week for months & now do it with my eyes closed! I still shake upon completion & feel completely toned. Ready for another class with you Sally.. I love your thorough talk through with the seamless move changes & guidance. If you are unable to give another class could you recommend another teacher/class to move onto?

Hi Ange, Thank you - I'm really stoked that you have enjoyed this class so consistently! Very flattered you like it so much. I am only a few weeks away from filming some more classes. I'm not sure who teaches similarly to me but my foundation training was Body Arts & Science so maybe try some of the teachers who are BASI trained. So many amazing teachers on Pilates Anytime ... my list of faves would be loooong ... ! Try Kristi Cooper and Amy Havens who have a lot of classes you could work through. And you can't go past experiencing a variety of the long term teachers to feel their extensive experience and lineage - Deborah Lessen and Blossom Crawford are a wonderful place to start ... there are so many great teachers on here though - try a new one every week and see what you find - it'll be fun! :)

Hi Sally, it's me again! I'm still favouring your class as it's such an all rounder. I get better every time. I really struggled to start but now I'm working on perfection.. I must admit I add a few things when I get ahead of the class while you explain parts I'm comfortable with. I had a look at your new class but I feel it's too easy & so I'm still with this one.. Im so proud of my progress, you should see my shoulder stands now! You'll laugh, When strong enough I used a bottle of Bulmers Cider in each hand when doing the arm excersises & now I'm on to a bottle of wine in each hand! LOL... Perhaps I should invest in some proper weights?!
I feel so completely toned following your class & stronger when I do them twice a week.. Would you be doing another class at the next level & as good anytime soon? Thanks Sally.. ??????

Hi Ange, I'm so thrilled you keep working on this class! You legend!! Even happier you are doing it with cider or wine in hand :) Yes, the release and activation sequence that has just gone up on PA isn't going to progress you from thisl. I wanted to do that one to give earlier level participants a useful sequence for postural and movement re-patterning. I have a Reformer and a Chair/Barrel workout coming on soon if you have apparatus, but I'm truly sorry I don't have a Mat class any time soon that moves forward from this one for you. I promise at my next shoot I will specifically do a next level class...incorporating wine bottles ;) Are you by any chance going to PMA Conference this year - If so I would happily take you through a class while there..? Very happy I have helped you progress and get stronger from afar - how awesome is Pilates Anytime. I also really appreciate your messages. Many thanks. Sally

I wonder if you could help advise on rather a delicate issue for me please? I'm having to do regular Kegel exersize & I've heard that some Pilates moves maybe detrimental. Are there any moves in this class that you would advise me not to do during this time? Thank you in advance....????
