Faboulos exercise choices. I think this is a challenging L2 which I luv, great cuing , clear ,fun , I did it without the Weights but I’ll get them balls and give it a go again ,I luv a challenging workout so thank you very much
Nice mix of standing and mat. I used 5 lb leg weights once we went to the mat, and that worked for me. I still used the 2lb hand weights for a lot of the mat exercises. I had fun, sweated, and feel much better! Thanks Again Courtney:)
