Goyens ~ I'm sorry you are having trouble with the videos. Usually when there is sound but no video, it is because your internet connection is not strong enough to support both. I recommend trying our Alternate Video Player which allows you to pick a lower video quality. I find medium works best. Wonderful class. Creative ideas and the series of five with the push thru bar I liked!! Great cuing and gorgeous execution by Sarah. Like the tower variation too.

Finally found the time to do this. Beautiful class! Definitely going into my favorites! The pull up is much harder than Sarah makes it look! :)
