Oooh, how sweet it is! I added the stretches to the last exercise. Given my hyper-mobility, i am challenged to find the correct vectors for any "sticky bits" that I glide right past (in most everything). The box variation split, when I use correct alignment, gets into a difficult to access spot in an old groin injury without overtaxing the attachment point! voila' a longer spiral line and more balanced hip joint...ha!
Just done this again. I cannot believe how well designed this class is! it really is brilliant. thank you so much - would love to see more like it. Do you do any training in the UK?
