Hi Amy, I’ve been doing your mat classes for three years and have loved every one of them! Are used to go to a Pilates studio and do reform classes, but have not done them now in three years. I was in an advanced class. Now that I’m just beginning bad I went straight to the intermediate classes which I have been doing in your Matt classes for the last three years, but I don’t remember what color springs go with my exercises on the reformer. So I’m kind of floundering around during the class and not being able to get the springs right I’m missing things and having to redo the springs etc. could you help me should I go back to the beginner classes do you tell your classes what springs you use which colors? What are your thoughts? Thank you very much
