just went through this class again...wow. I hope all is going well with Julian...what an amazing teacher!
Kerry we are going down to Julian's on May 19th to film a few more classes! He says he is feeling good and ready for more!
That is wonderful news, on both accounts!! Thanks for the update.
Great advanced leg work on the reformer!
I enjoyed the class a lot. There's one thing I don't understand though, at the beginning of the class, second position and pelvis lifted, why are the feet placed on the bar, pressing on the outside and lifting the arch in?
I teach in London , i wish you were here i would love to come to your class. Bravissimo
Here is what I LOVED:
1.Footwork with bridging right away, in second with top leg extending in external rotation
2.Legwork with frog, not moving carriage, then "L's"
3.Long Box: cute you call it a pleasure cube.
4.Saw on box!!!(Genius) pulling opposite strap, then contract and rotate
would have loved to insert Swakate (off box of course) here by the way as opposition, laterally bent pull outside arm diagonally, and add spiraling up maintaining spinal length
5. Thigh stretch with Bicep Curl... awesome sequencing
6.Knee stretch series with Push Up! when doing knees off! HARD
7.Russian split with calf stretch
8. Eves Stretch with elbow flexion pulling in, to stabilize spine and secure torso away from too much extension in LB

Oh and I forgot to say Stomach Massage with back against box when one leg off footbar, very smart, so psoaz doesnt grip and rotate LB.

Thanks you so much for this repertoir. It was wonderful and so creative.
warmly,
Paolina Weber

My favorite instructor. Creative, challenging and never dull!
