The most challenging workout to date on PA! Thank you Julian. In particular, the side kick in side plank was HARD, and the arm variations for rolling like a ball added a new challenge. I like your quick pace!! You're in my queue :D

Wow, I think this was a Level 4. I made it through but it wasn’t pretty. I am sorry to read in the comments of his passing. Julian surely will not be forgotten.

This is one of my faves... but also such eye candy to see such a beautiful teacher, inside and out. RIP Julian.

Wow is right. Very tough, but a lot of fun. It moved fast, but great cues and clear direction made it doable.
