I just revisited this class this morning before I head to the airport for a long day of travel. Once again, I felt amazing afterwards: strong, stretched and well balanced. Thank you again for all of your amazing classes Meredith. :)
Hi Joni, I know your comment is one year old but I practiced again this class today and just noticed where she struggles more with bent legs vs straight legs in the modified teaser sequence, interesting. My swan is mildly better but i watched Meredith and notice how straight her upper torso is including her arms and I do not have that abdominal strength and that is creating a sagging in my upper body, I also have a rotated pelvis on the right side and that might be affecting my exterior flexibility. I love this class and hope Meredith will create another one like this Level 2/3, moderate and same time length. Thank you Meredith.Brilliant.
Judy , I just went back to read the comment of Joni's that you were commenting on and saw your's about your swan dive as well. My swan dive is what it is because I have been blessed with a VERY flexible spine. We all have our strengths and weaknesses! I'll bet one of your strengths is one of my challenges. Keep trying!
