Amazing! I almost didn't do this because of the length, but its a rainy Saturday so went for it! and it went so fast! Some great new moves that my clients will love!
Thanks!! Sometimes I record things that I know I would personally want to practice so I saw it as almost two videos. 20 minutes of cardio followed by another "video" of strength training. I'm sure I'll sometimes do one or the other. Or if I'm really motivated - all of it!
