Taking this class just now reaffirms my plan to start off as many days with this workout as I can. I feel so HAPPY and REJUVENATED right now. :) It's like Magic. It's a quick workout but targets everything and it's peaceful and absolutely revitalizing. Now I can whip around and do a bunch of things I felt too sluggish to start earlier. THANK YOU AS ALWAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is so exciting to be part of a pilates community where I can feel comfortable writing comments....This class is SUCH a GIFT GIFT GIFT. It is late at night on Christmas Eve 2014 and if I didn't know there was THIS class then I would not have exercised tonight. Since I did my body feels SO GOOD, so stretched, my brain has calmed down--all is right with the world and now I am in a much better frame of mind to enjoy 5 young children getting up early tomorrow. This class is truly my favorite--always. Very challenging class. I am working on my breathing and that was fun to try to incorporate more of tonight. :) THANK YOU!!!!!!!! :)

Thanks for the workout! I would have loved a few more repetitions of each exercise. Feel free to recommend me any other workouts:)

Thanks so much Stephanie! And Miss Shannon, I appreciate your positivity, it truly inspires and motivates me! Lauren, it is a quick 30-minute workout, so the repetitions may be fewer, but you may want to check out the intermediate class, Beats Tempo (class # 429) and do the two together. such a fun class...gracias...
Great class, great way to add some cardio too, but I find music a bit too repetitive, it s same tune for 30min...though does give the rhythm!Some variety may be a plus ad an extra motivation!
