Hi Vicky, your feedback is valuable, thank you for it. My suggestion with regard to a warm-up prior to the start of the class, is to either prepare the body with some spinal mobility movements or to take the breakdown class, keeping the movements smaller in range (i.e. Penchee's). This accelerated "advanced" classes are meant for the seasoned mover, ready to go and I am happy that you enjoyed it! Thank you

loved this workout. the streaming of it was very poor though tried a few times. i just had the keep stopping and starting while it loaded. but worth it.
