After my car accident a couple of days ago, which left me with cramped muscles, this felt great to get me started again. Next step: I'll try to add power again.
That was absolutely lovely. Thank you. Currently have a frozen shoulder and can't do all the excercises but this gave me a really good stretch in other areas.

What a fantastic teacher! Absolutely loved this class wonderful stretching and mobilising for all muscle groups. Some wonderful variations on known stretches I will be using this and practicing in my classes
