Hi Jason Great question. That's what Romana called it, because she liked to always say you can do the entire Reformer workout on the Mat. Not the greatest answer but the real one. lol

Very nice! Reaching with the toes helped me make the leg circles much smoother and remove unnecessary tension, same with seal and I was surprised at how high I rose up in the rocking too! Gonna need to run this one back a few times.
