I was excited about a class with minimal spring changes. There were some wonderful new movements I learned. Excellent spirals. However, this class left me feeling like I still needed to do more to have gotten a full-body workout. (Maybe it should’ve been described a bit differently since “Reformer Workout” made me feel like I was going to have a complete workout.)
