Thanks so much for showing the exercises with the neck stretcher. I’ve been eying it for a long time, now I feel more comfortable using it. My neck is jealous of your neck. ;)
Hi Ben, thanks especially for the insight into the neck stretcher which I recently acquired for my students. Many of them have forward head.
Question: if a student has a 'hump' at the back of the neck, would you keep ONLY neck stretcher exercises which move to the posterior (and possibly laterally?), as they are already 'going forward'?
