Very classic Pilates....of course Romana....very tight session but was hoping for more use of weights... Loved upstretch to elephant. Also thank you for the cue in seal - beat with inner thighs not heels. Also for running, I usually cue keep big toe knuckles touching and "run" from there....just an idea. Thank you
This was my son first pilates class (we did the class together) and he loved it. He is now hooked and wants to do Pilates regularly. Thank you for this fun and challenging workout!
