Love this quick full body class, thanks Kathy!

Wonderful. I did this class already several times, but on certain days, if I run out of time and energy, I like to just come back to this simple and energetic example. Thank you, Cathy. I hope to see you in Mönchengladbach next year again!

Dear Kathy, I like this short class so much. You are really giving what you promise! I can only recommend everybody to go and see you on the Pilates Heritage Congress in Mönchengladbach, GERMANY in 2022. This was a creative set and good balance of movement, rotation and ab work.  I did find the transitions to be challenging in the sense that if I was not looking at the screen Kathy all of a sudden moved on to the next exercise without notice or cueing.  

Kathy Corey is indeed a national treasure.
