Jennifer, - thank you so much for this tutorial! It makes such a big difference to think about all these connections, then simply thinking about a nice movement! I love that we are all moving to a more fluid and natural movement and less perfection in some kind of wishful form! The knowledge is hard to get though.., the more we get into it the more complex it gets.. But so exiting!
