OMG Courtney I had a pool of sweat on the reformer carriage!
I needed to use the box, as suggested for one HIIT series, as my reformer was a little low, but I kept it on and was able to do the next two sequences with the box left on, so it saved a lot of time taking it off/on.
I found myself improving on the plank - forearms to wrist sequence each round - which was kind of surprising. But it's still super challenging!
I struggled with finding my foot back onto the footbar in the transition fro bicycle to shoulder bridge and ended up falling down each time - I think I need a spotter for this one. Do you think putting a box at the end of the reformer butted up against the wooden platform could work if you are alone? Bigger surface area to help find your foot back down.
I have watched your classes for a year now thinking I can never get to that level. I'm so happy that I can do some, not all, of your classes now. I love your creativity with the reformer and I love getting a HIIT workout with the reformer instead of having to look for another form of cardio. Thanks so much!
