Courtney: OMG so hard! I've been away from my reformer for awhile is there a good 4 day Pilates series you recommend especially pre baby (not pregnant yet, but def admire your pre and post baby workout!!!) advice?? I have the reformer, ball, circle, a foam roller, box, and jump board).
And again, Courtney comes out with something new, challenging, creative and fun. All the instructors at my studio get excited when one of your new classes comes out. Thank you for your hard work and for sharing it (even with a new baby!). We so appreciate it!
I'm a long time fan, but this is your return class so soon after baby??? You're such a badass. I'm bowing down actually. I'd also love to know how many days you recover/rest vs workout days like this, and if you use any nutrition or supplements to help with recovery.
