Kristi, what a great series. I like how you start off with the basics and use them through each challenge. Each day I was reminded of what I needed to do first in order to complete the challenge correctly. My mom recently suffered from a concussion and I felt a connection to you through that. I'm hoping she will be able to get back into Pilates using your challenge. Thanks for sharing your story and journey with us. Have a blessed day
Just when I think PilatesAnytime can't get any better, you offer this amazing series of classes ! The the amount of time and thought that went into each class, your cueing and visualizations are just so good! Thank you !!!
It took me longer than ten days and I care zero percent. This was exactly what I needed. These challenges give me direction in self-directed practice. And [Kristi, you are wonderful! Hope to see more challenges!!
I know i'm late to respond to a lot of you here on the 10th day and still, I appreciate every comment made and each of you that came along with me during this challenge. Creating and doing this challenge was literally a very big challenge for me given I was still in the heart of my concussion injury/recovery while filming it. For those of you who rediscovered the basics of Pilates or the joy in what it means to be able to move for the sake of discovery, gratitude, or at all, I promise you, you aren't alone. For those of you who recognized the insight I gleaned in the moment of teaching as a result of my need to find my words, I am so glad to hear it and encourage you to do the same when you teach or even practice (without the whole head injury thing if possible). For those who tried something new and allowed me to guide you, I am honored and hope you continue. Pilates as movement, is indeed worth it. Thank you.
