Thanks Kristi Cooper ! I do Pilates most days but there was something really nice about being a student and just following a program for 10 days. I loved all the work on the building blocks and saw improvements in my movements as a result. What a great addition to Pilates Anytime :) Next up Amy Haven's series!

I love this. Just play and enjoy. Great outlooks and advice. I almost did a full open leg rocker and seal! I will feel this tomorrow lol! Next time around I will be stronger! Restarting this challenge tomorrow!
Oh WOW Kristi, I can't thank you enough for this challenge, I'm trying to recover from an injury and the pain was frustrating and has prevented me from doing much movement. Hearing your inspiring story and recovery gave me a push and faith to heal and get better. I thoroughly enjoyed going to basics, inhabiting my body , listening and going inwards. I loved the way you talk as if to us and to yourself at the same time, your compassion, the building blocks, the progressions, the cues and modifications, you made it so accessible to everyone. And last but certainly not least to balance work and play, to have fun. I'm so grateful as it came at a critical time for me. Hope you continue to challenge and inspire us Kristi.
