Thank you Kristi it’s been amazing to find my connection on the mat following illness and as a teacher recognising the importance of work , REST ! And play ! Small steps but this challenge has given me confidence each day very different but that recovery is going to take its course and I get to work and play again x

I got there in the end! Took me longer than i planned due to one thing and another but glad i finished it. It was a great challenge and i really feel i now work deeper than i ever have in the ten years i've been doing pilates!! My back feels lengthened and the ab work i feel deeper. Amazing! I've pinched a few of the cues for my classes too and hope it can reach my clients in the same way.
