Amy, this class has so much to offer! Ironically I get more out of these push ups (both versions) than I do from executing them prone. Would you consider filming a next-step-up version of this class for those of us who are now experienced with the set up and rationale for each exercise? Basically, the same progression with just more repetitions and a little less set up time between. This one still goes to favorites :)
Hi Joni , thank you for seeing all that this class has to offer, indeed it does! I love wall-push ups too, feel that I can organize my alignment much more successfully. I would be very interested in doing a follow up to this-- yes, and thank you for asking for such a clear and direct session. Wow, I really appreciate your interest!

I love Amy's classes! She explains everything so well and the challenge series is giving me so many new ideas and perspectives on how to fine tune and improve movements. Love this wall series x
Hi Christine -- thank you so much for leaving this comment for me and I'm glad the challenge has inspired you! This was my intention! Happy planning!!

I was wondering what the best way was to get maximum benefit for these classes? Should they be done daily? I have Tuesday's and Thursday's off so I make sure to do a class each of those days but should I be doing an Hr worth instead of just 30 mins? Or should I be making time to do a work out every single day? Thank you!

Hi Rebecca -- I'd say twice a week is a wonderful investment in your time and energy and you'll get a lot of of two days a week! 30 minutes is just fine too, an hour also good, but you can get a lot of of 30 minutes!

Thank you so much Amy!

This class and class 7 are deceptively challenging as the slower pace and more deliberate movements really change the focus of the exercise and my back really feels more opened after the wall challenge.  Looking forward to the remaining two classes in this series!
