Have used the wall on occasions for classes but these were very fresh ideas, with the wall " cheating" is difficult! Particularly enjoyed the spinal seated stretches as I really had to flex my spine in order to keep lumbar spine against wall, brilliant for training articulation. Super class again
I like the idea of using the wall for so many exercises. It gives another feeling of getting tall in our upper body. Also pushing towards the wall with the leg is a good way for me to feel the length. Again thanks Amy Havens :)
You are amazing. I am so grateful that I've been sticking with this challenge. This class will be a favorite I'll come back to again and again. I think it may be good to just watch the wall work again since it's difficult to keep eyes on the screen while working. Thank you, Amy Havens
