Mainly I'd like to have a go-to-video to do after work and sitting on the chair+tube+bus etc. which I feel shortens my muscles and makes my muscles/fascia around the whole pelvis tighten up. Might also have to do with too much turnout? As for the feet, I sense a lot of restriction in my angles and have a hard time really flexing them. So short videos like this one will be much appreciated Thx

You'll love this I think, it's a 20 minute tutorial, but you'll gather so much info that you can take into other classes!! :)
